Condition loading: standard no change, neglected plus 15 per cent. Severe contamination — pet hair, mould or smoke — is quoted individually after photos rather than guessed on the phone.
Why size changes the price
A seven-seat SUV has close to twice the painted surface of a hatch, more glass, more carpet and more seats. Every stage takes proportionally longer, so the multiplier is applied openly rather than hidden in a range.
Condition loading
- Standard — no change. Normally used, normally maintained.
- Neglected — plus 15 per cent. Heavier soiling, bonded contamination, a tired interior. The extra time is real, so it is stated up front rather than added to your invoice afterwards.
- Severe — quoted individually after photos. Heavy contamination, pet hair, mould or smoke. We will not guess at these over the phone, because the guess is always wrong in one direction or the other.

Spills, vomit and odour
Contaminated interiors are quoted individually after photos rather than priced off a list, because how far the mess travelled is the whole variable. A surface spill caught the same day and a soaked seat base found a week later are different jobs. These are the bands most fall into, all including GST:
| Situation | What is involved | Typical |
|---|---|---|
| Contained Same day, surface only, nothing soaked through | Enzyme spot treatment and extraction of the affected area, then a full interior detail to return the car to standard | from $685 |
| Soaked in Through to the seat base or carpet, one to two days old | Seat out for access, full extraction with repeated rinses, drying, odour treatment, cabin air system, and a re-inspection once dry | $1,200–$1,600 |
| Severe Multiple seats, dried in, odour through the vents | All of the above across the cabin, extended drying and monitoring | from $1,950 |
Where seat foam or carpet has to be replaced rather than cleaned, that is a trimmer’s work and it is quoted separately — we will tell you at the inspection rather than after starting. The interior remediation page sets out what this process can and cannot recover.
What is included in every price
GST. Travel within the service area. Our own water and power where the site has none. The equipment, the consumables and the insurance. There is no call-out fee and no surcharge for coming to you — that is the service, not an extra.
How you pay
Bank transfer or PayID with no surcharge, or by card. Premium and Clinical take a deposit to hold the day — the amount and the terms are on your written quote before you commit to anything. You get a tax invoice either way.
Photos get you a firm price instead of an estimate.
