Version 1.0, published August 2026. These terms are written in plain language and deliberately grant more than the minimum. They are under professional review and will be updated; any change applies to bookings made after it is published, never retrospectively.

Short version: the deposit holds your day and comes off your final invoice. Give us two days’ notice and it moves with you. We do not keep money for a day we did not work.

Deposits

Premium and Clinical bookings take a deposit, because they occupy a full day or more and a slot cancelled at short notice cannot be resold.

Moving a booking

Call, text or email us at least 48 hours before the booking and we will move it at no cost, with your deposit carrying over. Inside 48 hours we will still do our best to move you — tell us as early as you can, because the earlier we know the more likely we are to fill the day.

Weather

On an exposed site, rain or extreme heat can make it impossible to do the work properly — some coatings will not cure, and hot panels cannot be worked safely. Where we reschedule for weather, it costs you nothing and your deposit carries over to the new date.

We will call rather than turn up and produce compromised work.

If we cannot start on arrival

We will look for a workable spot nearby with you first. If there is nowhere, there is no charge on a first booking and we will rebook. This is exactly why the quote form asks about water, power, cover and access — so it does not happen.

Cooling off

There is no statutory cooling-off period for services bought this way in Australia, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we offer instead, as our own voluntary commitment rather than a legal entitlement: cancel any booking with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit is returned in full, no reason needed.

Your consumer rights are unaffected

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. A cancellation policy governs a change of plans; it has no bearing on your rights if the service itself is not up to standard.
