Mobile by design, not by circumstance
There is no workshop. That is a decision, not a stage we are hoping to grow out of. A fixed site means your car sits in a queue and you lose half a day arranging drop-off and pick-up. We would rather bring the work to the car and give you the time back.
It costs us something. Setup and pack-down happen once per vehicle instead of being spread across a workshop full of them, and we carry our own water and power. That is built into the price honestly rather than recovered as a call-out fee.
How we work
- We measure before we polish. Clear coat is finite and does not grow back. Depth readings come before a machine touches the car, on every job that involves correction.
- We tell you what cannot be fixed. Before starting, not afterwards. A scratch through the clear coat is not coming out safely, and you should hear that from us at the quote stage.
- We will talk you down a tier. If the car does not need what you asked for, we say so. A customer who trusts the recommendation comes back for years.
- Everything in writing. Itemised quote, GST shown, tax invoice, aftercare plan. No verbal figures that change on the day.
Who does the work
The work is done by our own detailing team — not subcontracted, and not a rotating crew. Whoever quotes your car is who turns up to it, and the same person handles it start to finish, so nothing gets handed over halfway through a correction.
We measure before we polish, we tell you what cannot be fixed before we start, and we walk the car with you in good light before we leave.
